Umunna Recognizes Annual Achievements of Journalists from TV, Radio, Newspapers, Under One Roof

In 2020 attorney Nwabufo “Obi” Umunna, Esq. created an annual appreciation event to honor members of the African-American Media by bringing together journalists as well as representatives from tv, radio, newspapers, and social media influencers under one roof. The award was named after Adrian Kenneth Knight, a legendary broadcaster who broke barriers in radio and television broadcasting, because of his mission in life to uplift African Americans in the Media.

The Ken Knight Awards, a prestigious event in the journalism and media industry, honors the annual achievements of journalists from TV, radio, and newspapers. As a key player in the industry, our company was tasked with developing and optimizing the IT and communications infrastructure to manage the event seamlessly. The goal was to create a robust, scalable platform for real-time reporting, data management, and web development, facilitating smooth execution of the award show.
