CD Digital Summer Enrichment Internship Program (SEIP) is a 1-month student development program designed for college students to build the professional, technical, business and social skills needed to successfully navigate today's workforce environment.

CD Digital SEIP aims to provide real-world work experience to aspiring professionals to help prepare them for life in a modern business setting. The workplace is no long the way it once was - technology has made a major impact on how job searching and job production is being conducted. Many college graduates have been left unaware of the crucial changes in the professional landscape and are finding it difficult to adjust and apply traditional teachings. SEIP intends to bridge the gap between modern and traditional workforce culture and lead our future actuaries, creators, software developers, computer engineers, cybersecurity officers, cloud architects and business professionals on a path to long-term success!

• Be enrolled in Spring, Summer or Fall semester at an accredited college or university
• Major in a math, science, business or engineering program
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
• Official or unofficial transcript
• Current resume
• Current mailing address
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, self-motivated, results driven, reliable, and a strong work ethic
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to take direction well, but also be able to make decisions independently and take initiative

This is a fully remote internship, enabling participants to work from home and reside anywhere in North America. Participants are required to have access to a personal computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
